How much is shipping?

Shipping is now free on every order!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to most international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a smooth, secure checkout. Every transaction is encrypted for your safety, so you can shop confidently and focus on what really matters — finding your next favorite piece.

What are your customer service hours?

Our support team is here to help Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (CST). We take weekends to recharge and create new collections, but you can always leave us a message — we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back online!

How long does it take to get a response?

We do our best to reply within 24–48 hours (often sooner!). During holidays or sale events, responses might take a little longer — but we promise every message gets the care and attention it deserves.

At Bardoll Boutique, we want you to love every piece you buy. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.


Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, makeup, shapewear, bra/butt padding, and intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll fix it right away.

Refunds


Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
